How do I send an eCard? To send an ecard, simply choose your favorite design, personalize it with your message and recipient details, and click “Send.” You can choose to send it via email or share a link directly with your recipient.

How do I purchase an eCard? You can either buy a single eCard or you have the option to subscribe for 12 months for UNLIMITED use of our eCard ranges. There are 2 eCard ranges you can subscribe to: The LOLVE range & the Charity range - & of course you can subscribe to both! You may stop the renewal of your subscription at any time from within your account.

Is there a limit to how many eCards I can send? With our Unlimited subscription, you can send as many eCards as you like, whenever you like. There are no restrictions on the number of eCards you can send per day or month.

Can I customise the ecards? Absolutely! Our eCards are fully customisable. You can add your personal message, choose from a variety of fonts and colors.

What if I have trouble sending an ecard? Our customer support team is here to help! If you experience any issues, you can contact us via email, and we will assist you promptly.
